The two panels are surrounded by a most gorgeous deep shade of cobalt blue. Of significant size, measuring approximately 12 tall. The vase has a staple repair to the rim, a feature that certain collectors (including ourselves) highly appreciate, as it is a lost art in itself. Signed on the underside with a hand painted vermilion mark within the recessed foot. Dates to the late 1800s, and appears to have been carefully treasured for over a century by the fortunate owners.
